Desert River sign partnership and marketing agreement with CORT, the top US Event Furnishings company
CORT Event Furnishings, USA’s largest event furniture, lighting and accessories rental company, and Desert River, a Dubai based high-end event rentals company today announce the signing of a partnership and marketing agreement.
Under the agreement, Desert River will be the exclusive provider of specialty event furniture to CORT customers in the six countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC): Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, and CORT will be the exclusive supplier of specialty event furniture to Desert River customers in the USA.
From today on, CORT’s corporate customers will be able to book with Desert River for their rental requirements in the GCC, knowing that they will be well looked after, enjoying preferential treatment and preferential rates.

As part of this agreement, Desert River has launched CORT’s very popular seating called Endless Collection featuring modular ottomans that can be used alone or with low seat backs to build dramatic sofa, serpentine or circular seating configurations.
In addition, for immediate rental is now also available the Oz Collection, which are crisp white ultra-soft leather split-back sofas that fold up and down to create different looks and tailor to individual event spaces and client specifications.
Lounge22 powered by CORT is a contemporary luxury furniture range that is handcrafted in Los Angeles. Select pieces are now available for rent in the GCC, and this collection will be expanded over the coming months.
